History slow with 10K bookmarks

  With 10K bookmarks, History is slow to load and once loaded it's really laggy to interact.

It looks like history.js GroupedHistoryList render() calls continuously.

• Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?):
  macOS

• Brave Version (revision SHA):
  8afac1a

• Steps to reproduce:

  1. To a fresh profile import 10K bookmarks.
  2. Open Brave and go to History.

• Actual result:
  Slow af

• Expected result:
  Fast
