Some initial ideas for the Workshop control system.

NOTE: This is part project, part learning experience of getting to grips with GitHub!

Main focus is to create a relay control sysem for lighting and machines. Probably controlled by an Arduino, but there may be a Raspberry Pi option - although there will also be an RPi server for a laser cutter and a Dremel CNC.
