CHIPS-DAQ README

####  DAQonite  ####
The main data acquisition application. It collects data and triggers and then merge-sorts and output
data to .root files.

####  DAQommand  ####
The main slow-control/run-control application. It configures detector components and broadcasts run information
to all other applications.

####  DAQsitter  ####
The main monitoring application. It collects monitoring packets and forwards then to the elasticsearch database

####  DAQulator  ####
The detector simulator application. It produces optical, monitoring and trigger packets for stress-testing the DAQ
