I consider switching to Gulp 4 a breaking change and want to mark the latest version with Gulp 3 as the first official release.
Bugs, features, or other changes will not be backported to the Gulp 3 version.
Gulp 4, AMP improvements, maybe more Gutenberg styles will be added in the near future.
