This is for adding app instance ability.
Using LinkTenantWithNewAppInstance, a new app instance will be created. This reuse the same struct App, so LinkTenant, SetTenant and UnlinkTenant can be reused the same way as single instance app.
A new multi-instance example is created to demonstrate how to use.
