[Emus] Add standalone Mupen64Plus emulator
- mupen64plus_standalone.sh is now used for rice and glide configs - only one common config/saves folder - use the existing gptokeyb - remove useless libsamplerate.so & setterm - comestic details on emu selector - fix ini files
- Add 16:9 for glide64mk2 (doesn't seems possible for Rice) - config folder is now the mupen64plus folder (it allows to have config file,save and screenshots at the same place) - config details inspired from AmberELEC

gptokeyb is quitting when you press Select alone so we use gptokeyb2
