Support Alarm names with slashes

Support part of protocol 1.4, namely alarm names with slashes.

No support for modifying hook status.

Full compatibility with the MorgenLicht protocol version 1.1 (added in morgenlichtd 0.7).

This adds a command to directly set the LEDs via TCP.

This is a completely usable client for MorgenLicht, implementing the entire protocol 1.0.

It will remain usable for a while, but we primarily need it to test morgenlichtd, because that is far from finished.

The only change from 0.6 was to fix the automake distribution.

First version for testing.

This version supports the "hello" morgenlichtd command and can be used during server development.
