Removes the `create_secret` module from `workers` given that is not available on Cloudflare API v4. Checking on [API docs][1] I'm unable to find documentation for such endpoint, theres also an [issue][2] pointing this out. [1]: https://api.cloudflare.com/ [2]: cloudflare#161
