Statistics of the public servers
Public server: competitions.codalab.org
competitions.codalab.org was an active public server between 2013 and 2022, featuring CodaLab Competitions v1.5 (Python2 version). It remains accessible as a archive of competitions, but submissions are not allowed.
When the server was phased out in October 2022, it had a total of ~2,800 competitions, and ~779,000 submissions. The server had ~50,000 users in August 2020, and doubled in two years to reach ~128,000 users in October 2022.
Public server: codalab.lisn.fr
codalab.lisn.fr is an active public server, opened in November 2021 and featuring CodaLab Competitions v1.6 (Python3 version).
The following plots show the growth of competitions, submissions and users between the creation of the server in November 2021 and January 2023.

Google analytics, used to generate these two plots, is not used anymore by the software since the end of 2022. This way, CodaLab is RGPD friendly and does not send user information to third party services.
