fix: unit test tree-sitter loading #377

The unit tests were broken for a few reasons.

web-tree-sitter 0.20.7 cannot load in the unit test. Now upgraded to 0.20.8. Also updated the tree-sitter.wasm in the public folder to fix fix: web-tree-sitter load wasm error #263.
locateFile function also won't work in unit tests. Added a new initParserForTest to fix it.
