The controlled Remirror editor will prevent Chinese (or CJK) input methods from working.

Remirror's official demo:

Controlled Remirror editor, Chinese input NOT working: https://remirror.vercel.app/?path=/story/editors-controlled--editable

This PR changes Controlled Remirror editor to Un-controlled.
