- updated serverless, serverless-inch, serverless-layers, serverless-prune-plugin libraries - updated cloudfront invalidation (removed from yarn script, added to CI/CD via aws cloudfront create-invalidation CLI call - updated semver library version - updated circleci base image to use cimg/node:16.20.1-browsers - updated to node16 on GitHub actions Signed-off-by: David Deal <ddeal@linuxfoundation.org>
