Fix unverified Linea contract issue #787

Linea Goerli's MessageService contract just upgraded its implementation to an unverified contract, causing all testnet scenarios to fail when spidering Goerli. This should fix that.

* set a number in configuration to make bulker tests pass

* remove v2 rewards config step, crank down borrowMin
