Some todos:

  • decide on assets for mainnet deployment
  • decide on configuration params for mainnet deployment
  • launch a Base liquidation bot
    • confirm that there are sufficiently-large exchanges for all mainnet collateral assets
    • update LiquidationBotScenario to run on Base deployment
    • add Base liquidation threshold value
    • create Pulumi config for Liquidation Bot
  • add a pauseGuardian address to Base config
  • add token bridging to Base relayer
  • create proposal branch to initialize market/set supply caps/create ENS record
  • find or create a bridged COMP on Base
  • find or create a COMP price feed on Base
  • lower baseMinForRewards and borrowMin
  • add Base to Seacrest
  • add Base to Github Action jobs
  • deploy contracts
  • create Base testnet instance
