Make sure the variables passed to the the preinstall / postuninstall payload can be set via kustomize #272

We need to make sure that the options to install containerd / nydus-snapshotter are exposed to the users via kustomize, making the user experience not so painful.

The majority of the managed kubernetes solutions are already relying on
a new enough (v1.7+) version of containerd.
