Add module (category) tag on transactions

Problem Definition

To make categorization of transactions easier. Now clients have to manually check which message corresponds to which module.

This would be helpful for analytics in block explorers and wallets providers.

Proposal

Add a tag on all transactions from the same module (e.g: category=bank, category=staking, category=governance, category=distribution, etc.)

• Not duplicate issue
• Appropriate labels applied
• Appropriate contributors tagged
• Contributor assigned/self-assigned
