Description of your changes
This encapsulates all controller setups in a dedicated
Setupfunction per API group. It reduces the size and complexity of the root setup function inpkg/controller/aws.go.This change required the moving a some helper code files (i.e.
tags.go) into their ownutilspackages.I have:
