So `make slow-odgi-tests SMALL=1` works, even if you have other files.
Now we just `import mygfa` instead of `from mygfa import mygfa`.
Show how to parse and do an extremely simple traversal.
Just to keep these things more separate.

I am sprucing up mygfa a little bit for public consumption. There are a few miscellaneous cleanups in here, but the big one is that it suffices to
import mygfato get the main functionality, as opposed to doingfrom mygfa import mygfa.
