This project demonstrate a project that is versioned with Nerdbank.Gitversioning, it has two project references. One project is versioned by NbGv the other project has a fixed version, set in the csproj file. In the deps.json file, the dependency with the fixed version the version is correct. The project versioned by NbGv the version defaults to 1.0.0.0 in the deps.json file.
