I think to fix, we might need to keep the README in the root and then just add the SVG flowchart file into the /docs folder. And then use the relative path to reference it as explained in https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/managing-your-repositorys-settings-and-features/customizing-your-repository/about-readmes
