The Edit Recipe page overlaps with the Recipe details page

Note: This issue also occurs when you click on the 'My Recipes' page and click 'New'.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Deploy https://github.com/rachelkang/recipeSearch to Android.
2.Click 'My recipes'.
3.Click on one of the recipe pages
4.Click 'Edit'.
5.Observe the overlay of the edit page and recipe details page

Actual result:
The Edit Recipe page overlaps with the Recipe details page

Expected result:
The edit page displays normally

Yes, this used to work in 9.0.100-preview.6.24327.7 & 8.0.71 & 8.0.3.
