i finally bought a new computer that isn't too old for iOS 17 dev, so i could friggin' finally fix that one bug that started happening since the release of iOS 17 where the text editor would be unclickable because the placeholder text's scrollview would steal all of its tap gesture events and wouldn't propagate them down
