[21564] Change xsd files installation directory to share/fastdds

Description

We should not pollute /usr/local/share/directory with fastdds_profiles.xsd and fastdds_static_discovery.xsd. Instead, move them into the fastdds folder

We should update also the windows installer infrastructure to copy the XSD file in the same folder as in this PR
