Token caching mechanism solution from DecentralDigitalTwinRegistryService should be moved to EDC like in task: #256.
"Please make sure that we don't have two different implementations of Token caching and use the new token caching implementation in the registry client module"

caching seems to relate to / conflict with #214 and needs to be clarified with @ds-jhartmann
