Provide PartTypeInformation Submodel as a supplier

As supplier ,
I want to provide the PartTypeInformation Submodel to partners ,
so that customers can use the Catena-X Id from it to create a supplier-specific twin.

Hints / Details

• Create Submodel Endpoint that can be exposed through EDC for buying customer partners
  • access policy for buying customers
  • created or updated on new material partner relationship
• Add PartTypeInformation to SubmodelDescriptor for twins you create as a supplier

Outcome

• PartTypeInformation can be read by customers buying the product

Acceptance Criteria

For materials, that I provide as a supplier:

• Contract Offer for Submodel PartTypeInformation is registered for all customers that order material from me
• PartTypeInformation is added to SubmodelDescriptor of my (supplier) twin
• SubmodelEndpoint exposes the PartTypeInformation

Out of Scope

• PartTypeInformation provided by customer twin
• customer reading the PartTypeInformation
