In this PR I updated the documents for new licences for TRG 7
fix #136

In the last quality gate review for 24.05 @fabiodmota told me that and he'd take of that.

@HeyHardy I'm not referring to generally deprecated country risk but this backend repo isn't relevant anymore, as also the backend code is maintained in https://github.com/eclipse-tractusx/vas-country-risk since the last release
