The Primer CSS styles in this repo are at least three years old. GitHub has made several small updates and bugfixes, and have also added support for more components and styles.
This PR updates the Primer CSS SCSS partials. I couldn't spot any visual differences on Chrome on my Mac, but I plan to test this PR more rigorously on other browsers and on Windows before merging.
