Collecting monitoring data documentation for xpack.monitoring.collection.indices refers to using + for indices names inclusion patterns which has been removed in 6.0.
We should update this to reflect the current state and add a couple of examples of possible values for this setting

`+` for index name inclusions is no longer supported for 6.x+. This
commit removes references of the `+` from the documenation. System
indices additional example is also included.
