PutWatchResponse did not allow unknown fields. This commit fixes the test and ConstructingObjectParser such that it does now allow unknown fields. Relates elastic#36938

PutWatchResponse did not allow unknown fields. This commit fixes the test and ConstructingObjectParser such that it does now allow unknown fields. Relates #36938
