Duplicates #106202

While testing the log threshold ratio/count rule type #104354 on cloud with 7.14, When the ratio or count dropdown would stay open and not close when clicking away

This behaviour seems to be the same across various “create rule” configuration pages, for example, it’s the same in Uptime. It seems the behaviour requires a click away from the control for it to lose focus and disappear.
