[Security Solution] Unskip tests broken by 181616 and fixed by 182432

Summary

Some of our tests were broken by #181616 before they were subsequently fixed by #182432. While they were broken in main, I skipped them. Now it should be safe to unskip all of them, making sure they are not flaky using the Flaky Test Runner.
