It would be nice to have Kibana more mult-tenant by having the "kibana_index" property from the configuration file also stored in the dashboard. Or maybe as a parameter in the URL.

This should let individuals store their dashboards in their own indices.

I'd gladly help with this, if help is needed. But I wouldn't know where to start, so any pointers would be appreciated.

This exists in Kibana 4. Index patterns are selectable in both discover and visualize. Dashboards can contains panels that pull from any number of indices.

* chore: change the confirmDelete handler

move the thunking into the consumer component

* fix: prevent default click event on delete

stops the page select event from being triggered

* fix: prevent page controls from selecting page

same issue, prevent default click events from controls
