Hello.
How can I debug Node.js code in Kibana? In a simple apps I use node --debug server.js.
I presume, node --debug could be placed somewhere inside package.json to run debug at npm start. But I can't figure out the exact place and syntax.

The debugger doesn't generally jive well with Kibana's dev mode in my experience, so what I usually do is run NODE_OPTIONS="--debug" ./bin/kibana when I want to debug. NODE_OPTIONS is a special env variable we use to pass options to node in the kibana start up script. You can also run Kibana with iron-node by passing it ${project_dir}/src/cli

Hi I am using VS Code for debugging the backend. It would be great if you could help me with the same (seems similar to iron-node)

@satya23k Could you post your question on our discussion forums? There's a higher chance you'll get an answer there rather than this old issue. I'm not familiar with VS Code myself.

⚠️ The biggest set of type changes in this PR come from the breaking
change that makes `pageSize` and `pageSizeOptions` now optional props
for `EuiBasicTable.pagination`, `EuiInMemoryTable.pagination` and
`EuiDataGrid.pagination`.

This caused several other components that were cloning EUI's pagination
type to start throwing type warnings about `pageSize` being optional.
Where I came across these errors, I modified the extended types to
require `pageSize`. These types and their usages may end up changing
again in any case once the Shared UX team looks into
#56406.
