Support Stats aggregation with Tile maps and tile map overlays

Describe the feature:
It would be useful if Kibana tilemaps could support Stats aggregations. The user could pick which stat value (count, average, etc) to use for the data point while showing all the stats values in the hover overlay.

We are working on a new implementation of map visualizations and are not planning to add any new features to the existing implementation. We will take this suggestion under consideration for the new app.

This feature is implemented in the Maps application. The maps application allows for the selecting of multiple aggregations so you can view sum, avg, min, max for any numeric field
