This PR removes the mention of the legacy platform
ui/i18nmodule and describes how to get the same service from core instead.Is this even the right thing to suggest? I just realized the
toMountpointhelper only wraps in anI18nProvider, should we also recommend this here?I was under the impression
core.i18n.Contextshould be used if possible to make sure all EUI components are translated properly. UsingI18nProviderseems like a future bug to me.[skip ci]
