Changing page while jobs are in a "deleting" state, doesn't stop the polling for the delete tasks.
Adding a quick fix to stop this runaway polling.
To test, start a few jobs (10 is good) then delete them. While there are "deleting" jobs listed in the jobs like, switch to a different ML page. Without this fix, in the network tab, multiple calls to
deleting_jobs_tasksandjobs_summarycan be seen until all jobs have been deleted.
