  1. Install ADFS ID Provider
  2. Open new Provider wizard and select ADFS ID Provider in options
  3. Open the configurator dialog and click on Add Proxy button.
  4. Fill the Host input

  1. Open the menu and delete the just added proxy form

Confirm the changes:

  1. Reopen the configurator again

BUG: Proxy form is not deleted in the modal dialog.

The same issue with deleting an occurrence in a site configurator dialog,
