Since this repositories' contents are automatically synchronised from the upstream envoyproxy/envoy repository, we need to add a catchall pattern to the end of the CODEOWNERS file to effectively stop any of them being asked to review pull requests. Signed-off-by: Ted Poole <tpoole@redhat.com>
