Currently, fetching newer submissions fail when attempting to write to disk since they key for each submission comes with the '/language/slug/' appended to it. This removes that prefix and stores it under the corresponding folder.

Should fix #165

I know is a bit of a patch over the actual issue but it should get the downloads working again.

Aaaah, I've been meaning to take that off on the backend and it completely slipped my mind. A tad too much going on at the moment.
