We've split
@expo/build-toolsinto two packages:@expo/eas-build-joband smaller@expo/build-tools. The former conaints only TS types, Joi schemas, and some utils. Expo CLI doesn't anything else so this PR replaces@expo/build-toolswith@expo/eas-build-jobentirely. This PR doesn't change any logic.
