This compiles HIDAPI on Mac, as needed for the FunCube dongles.
If you can merge f4exb/sdrangel-windows-libraries#12 then I'll update the Windows build to use them as well.
The package also fixes some of the externalproject dependencies, that didn't work properly when cmake was rerun in the same build directory.
