Although let’s keep in mind the idea has nothing new: Eric Meyer proposed it 07/21/2000. Yup, 2000. And an awesome implementation had been done by Jim Wilkinson, who announced it on 12/19/2002. His diagnose.css is still online, and it's incredibly close to what I did myself (notice counters and html:after, for example).
