Add tags to recipes.

A suggestion for the next PR, is to add this description of each structure item on the NewToFvwm page or another page.

Function - to string a series of commands to perform a given task
Style - to configure various aspects of the window manager
Colorset - a set of colors that describe different aspects of an object
Menu - pop up from a binding or hook it to a panel
Binding - actions triggered by hitting a key or mouse button
Decor - configures the looks of the windows
Module - custom panels, docks, task managers, and desktop switchers
