The tutorial is instructing the user to create a layout component but it named the file index.js instead.
A minor fix to show that layouts are basically just normal components.
The image shows that the `my-file.js` page is inside a layout but the layout is not part of the example code.
Since v2 doesn't have default layouts anymore, we need to add them manually.
