Dataverse Metrics v1.1.0

This release includes:

• Several improvements for the style, layout and documentation.
• Added configuration options to either display or hide the dataverse selection and also for each graph.
• Upgrades for most dependencies; jqtree, jquery and bootstrap, but not yet d3plus.
