  • Gitea version (or commit ref): v1.7.3

Description

When transferring a repo to a new owner, a redirect should be created (in the same way that renaming a repo currently does).

jeblair pushed a commit to jeblair/gitea that referenced this issue Feb 27, 2019
When transferring ownership of a repo to a different user/org,
create a repo redirect that points to the new location in the same
way that is done when a repo is renamed.
