To improve execution debugging and performance improvements, we should add a simple tracing mechanism to see detailed traces of query execution.

Initial tracing for all BQL except queries.

This introduces basic tracing functionality (issue #62) for CREATE, DROP, INSERT, and REMOVE BQL statements. It also plumbs the tracer for query statements for follow up change.
