This pull request represents the first stage of translating the ar.po file into Arabic. The initial 5000 lines of the file have been translated.

The CL is too big, I will review it in chunks because some changes can propagate into other translations.

I think we need to get to a good translation for the keywords,

The idea is to make it possible to search for an English term ("crate") and then find the entry in the glossary, which tells you the translated term. This is just an idea, though, and I notice that other translations don't really follow it.

Oh, if you find terms that are missing from the glossary, then please add them. It it by no means complete or exhaustive right now.

how does other languages translate crate and crates ?

A few languages seem to use "crates" directly, but I see that it's translated in, e.g., the Japanese translation: https://google.github.io/comprehensive-rust/ja/bare-metal/useful-crates.html. @HidenoriKobayashi, did I get that right?

For me I am thinking to put both of them side by side (حزم (crates))

Japanese has a way to express foreign sounds (katakana). So it looks translated (and in a sense it is), but it's still read as "crate". (JFYI)

From the https://google.github.io/comprehensive-rust/concurrency/threads/plain.html IMO "Plain" here has no additional value in the meaning. We can just use the translation for threads, wdyt?

I just skimmed this randomly and I think this is a nice comment — you should just translate it as "Threads" and then we should update the English source text. When you resync the Arabic translation, it will be easy to reconcile the translation.
