issue 1: domain names on the popup have wrong direction with RTL languages (Hebrew on this case)

Issue 1

As can be seen from the image above, the direction of the domain name is wrong.

issue 2: Blank rows after clicking the 3 dots on the popup (not happening when browser lagnauge is English)

Tested on both Chrome Canary and FF Nightly.
