I could merge but don't have hackage permissions for this repo. Also I think just a hackage metadata update should do it, @AlexeyRaga can you do that one? |

Stackage and nixpkgs are now on doctest 0.22, so the tests don't build. Simply relaxing the constraint seems to solve the problem.
